Wow!!! You don't want to lose this fantastic 3 bedroom split level. I've been in the business for 30+ years and this is one of the most well kept homes I have ever seen! Here is the story of this home: ---Hi my name is 9 Hilton Road and I am pleased that my current owner has lived here for 40 years and they have maintained my structure quite well. Well there is a sentence written on the linoleum floor that couldn't be cleaned; but, otherwise great. The washer & dryer are located here. And my owner built some great storage closets. --- So what's left? Oh yeah, take a walk around the back yard.
